This series of vertical machining center is widely used for mass production of small and medium-sized cabinets, covers, panels, shells and plates in high-precision molds, aerospace，automobiles, machinery, instrumentation, light industrial textiles, electronic instruments, precision metal products, precision mold products and machinery manufacturing industries.
Advantage:
Main structure castings are made of high quality HT300 cast iron with metal formula data and stable structure stress. Casting through finite element analysis, strengthen the structure design, strengthen the rib configuration, to provide the overall mechanical high rigidity, to ensure the accuracy of long-term stability.
XYZ three axis is supported by imported high precision linear sliding rails, emphasizing the characteristics of high rigidity, low manic sound and low friction. Three axis with slider, machine to ensure rigidity and speed.
Large span base design, using internal triangular reinforced ribs support, base rigidity is more stable, mountain shape telescopic cover fully protect the wire rail and lead rod, easy to remove chips.
The herringbone column is box structure, which is firmly combined with the bed to ensure the stability of the Z-axis headstock moving up and down quickly. Z-axis without counterweight design, reduce headstock inertia, improve Z-axis driving performance, suitable for high-precision machining.
